Congratulations to the Swinerton Seattle team for winning this year’s annual Fall Giving Challenge!

The competition was tight, and the race for the top spot was extremely close. From day one all Swinerton employees rallied together to earn the most points for their office by collecting monetary donations, goods, and volunteer hours; never losing sight of their organizations and always keeping their eye on the top prize. With more than 250 volunteer hours, hundreds of collected goods, and sizable monetary donations, the Seattle team earned 1,805 points, a $7,000 grant from The Swinerton Foundation for their chosen organizations, and their second year in a row in the top spot of the Fall Giving Challenge. Coming in at a close second earning an award of $5,000 for their non-profits was Swinerton Colorado with 1,766 points; rounding out the final top three with 724 points was Swinerton Hawaii, whose designated organizations will receive their award of $3,000.

The Swinerton Foundation is proud and truly touched by the heartfelt efforts, generosity, and dedication of each employee. This year employees volunteered over 1,500 hours at various organizations throughout their communities—the highest amount volunteered in Fall Giving history.

Every team is a true winner, as they have helped numerous organizations and community members in need of support. In honor of all their hard work, each team that participated in the Fall Giving Challenge will receive a $1,500 grant from The Swinerton Foundation towards their charities.
