Lori Dunn
President
Lori was nominated to the Foundation’s Board of Directors in 2015, and then to the position of Chair in 2016. In 2017, Lori was nominated to become President of the Board. As President, Lori supervises and controls the affairs of the Corporation and the activities of the Officers.
Dost Bardouille
Secretary
Dost was nominated to the Foundation’s Board of Directors in 2022, and nominated to the position of Secretary that same year. As Secretary, Dost is responsible for maintaining all non-financial documents and correspondence of the Corporation.
Maritza Zulueta
Treasurer
Maritza was nominated to the Foundation’s Board of Directors in 2022, and nominated to the position of Treasurer in that same year. As Treasurer, Maritza keeps and maintains accounts of the properties and business transactions of the Corporation.
Lauren Nunnally
Vice President
Lauren was nominated to the Foundation’s Board of Directors in 2024. As Vice President, Lauren performs all of the duties in the absence of the President. Lauren also represents Swinerton Incorporated, the Member of the Corporation.

Rachael Guerrero
Foundation Manager
As Foundation Manager, Rachael supervises the operations of the Corporation and directs the day-to-day business of the Corporation.
